Arbitration: Evolution and Revolution
In Conversation with Neil Kaplan CBE KC SBS and Bronwyn Lincoln

Please join us for an excellent In Conversation event with distinguished arbitrators, Neil Kaplan CBE KC SBS and Bronwyn Lincoln.

Expect the unexpected, light banter and searching questions, against the backdrop of some of the most current and pressing issues:

  • The Role of the Tribunal in Guiding the Arbitration: the tribunal is not there at the whim of the parties
  • The Need for an ‘Informed’ PO1: the time for template procedural orders with no thought as to whether they suit the needs of the dispute is over
  • The Benefits of AI: and the pitfalls
  • ‘Courage’:  as a key element of successful arbitration

And much more!

This event will launch the branch’s 30th Anniversary celebrations, to be introduced by Geoff Farnsworth, President of Ciarb Australia.
