Her Honour Judge Elizabeth Brimer KC was appointed to the County Court of Victoria in 2019 and is in charge of the Arbitration List and is a Vice President of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. A CIArb Fellow, she was appointed arbitrator of a domestic commercial arbitration, appointed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport’s (CAS) lists of arbitrators in 2021 and was re-appointed in 2023.
