Balancing the Scales: In Conversation with Her Honour Judge Elizabeth Brimer KC and Monique Carroll

In celebration of International Women’s Day, please join us for an in-conversation event with Her Honour Judge Elizabeth Brimer KC and Monique Carroll.

Her Honour Judge Elizabeth Brimer KC was appointed to the County Court of Victoria in 2019 and is in charge of the Arbitration List and is a Vice President of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. A CIArb Fellow, she was appointed arbitrator of a domestic commercial arbitration, appointed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport’s (CAS) lists of arbitrators in 2021 and was re-appointed in 2023. Monique Carroll, is a Commercial Disputes Partner at Mills Oakley.  A CIArb Fellow, she is an arbitrator empaneled by the HKIAC, SIAC, AIAC, ACICA and Arbitration Victoria. Read more »
