On 4 March 2025, Ciarb Australia held an inspiring International Women’s Day event in partnership with Mills Oakley.
Men and women, both members and non-members, gathered to celebrate the achievements of women.
The event focused on this year’s theme, “Accelerated Action” emphasising the need for swift progress towards gender equality.
A panel of accomplished women shared their experiences of overcoming challenges and carving out their unique paths to success.
They discussed the significance of International Women’s Day to them personally and offered insights on the future direction of gender parity.
It was a thought-provoking and enlightening discussion, and a testament to the ongoing commitment by Ciarb to achieve equal representation for its members.
