The Patron, Board and Management of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Australia, on behalf of its members, friends and peers express deepest condolences on the passing of CIArb Fellow, The Hon Andrew Rogers AO KC.

“Andrew Rogers, when he was head of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, did much to modernise the resolution of commercial disputes and to attune litigation to the needs of the commercial community.

After he left the Bench, he continued to make a notable contribution to dispute resolution, both locally and internationally.”
