The WA Chapter of Ciarb invites you to join Justice Michael Lundberg of the Supreme Court of Western Australia as he chairs a distinguished judicial panel consisting of Justice Kenneth Martin, Judge in Charge of the Arbitration List of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and Justice Michael Feutrill, Western Australian Registry of the Federal Court of Australia.

This seminar focuses on the recent work of Courts sitting in Western Australia dealing with arbitration-related matters. This includes developments in court practice, as well as topical issues that have arisen in arbitration law and procedure. This seminar will be of interest for anyone involved in arbitration in Western Australia, including academics, solicitors, counsel and judges.

The event commences at 5pm for registration, with the seminar commencing at 5.15pm. The seminar will run for 1 hour, followed by networking drinks.  CPD points are available (0.5 points in Professional Skills and 0.5 points in Substantive Law) for attendance.
